Dr. Linda J. Romero Endowed Scholarship in Medicine

The Dr. Linda J. Romero endowed scholarship in medicine is to support incoming or first year UNM Medical (M.D.) students who graduated from a public high school in Taos, Rio Arriba, or Mora County, New Mexico. Students must be a first-generation medical student, demonstrate financial need, and be from an environmentally disadvantaged background. The scholarship is to be awarded to a new student annually.
