Burchiel Family Award for Graduate and Professional Students in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Biotechnology

Scott Burchiel embodied the true lobo spirit of endless curiosity, leadership and mentorship. His collective influence has shaped the College and will forever impact not only the lives of those who he worked with directly, but will also continue to shape the lives of those students supported through his family endowment. His legacy is an enduring one and the example he set at the UNM College of Pharmacy embodies true selfless and commitment.

The purpose of the Burchiel Family Award for Graduate and Professional Students in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Biotechnology will nurture the scholarly advancement and development of students by providing supplemental assistance for individual academic projects, research, publications, presentations and/or travel.
