Franklin Garber Endowed Scholarship in Music

Franklin Garber was a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Frank was an executive for Zanios Foods and was widely known in the food and beverage industry. He was an accomplished and dedicated musician and especially loved playing guitar for all of his friends and family. Established by his daughter, Christi Garber, the fund will support scholarships in the Department of Music, with a preference for students studying stringed instruments. Christi studied the violin as a child, and earned her BBA and Master of Accounting from the UNM’s Anderson School of Management. She lives in New York City with her dog Henry, and is the Senior Vice President of Tax with the Hamilton Insurance Group.
