Latin American Music Center

The Latin American Music Center through the Music from the Americas Concert Series at the UNM Department of Music, presents an average of 6 concerts a year of music of all periods composed or performed by musicians of the highest caliber born or residing in the American Continent.

Furthermore, guest artists complement and enrich the musical and social vision of our community by offering public lectures, as well as workshops, masterclasses, premieres and reading sessions for our music students.

Help us keep building bridges and expanding the cultural boundaries of the music of our continent, and make that music available, relevant and inspiring to entirely new audiences.
