The Richard & Susan Linsmeier Graduate Award in Political Science

The Richard & Susan Linsmeier Graduate Award in Political Science has been established to support a first-year graduate students pursuing a master’s degree in Political Science.

Established in honor of their 50th wedding anniversary, Richard BA’67, MA ’70 spent a thirty-year career applying the tools of political science as Assistant Director of City Development and later as Director of City Development for the City of Racine, Wisconsin, while Susan BA’69, MA ’71 spent several years teaching political science at Fort Hayes State University and University of Wisconsin-Parkside before raising a family.
