Men of Color Initiative (MOCI) Programs

The Men of Color Initiative (MOCI) is a project of the Division for Equity and Inclusion that focuses on educational success for men of color. MOCI is a community-based research project led by Asian/Pacific Islander, Black, Latino, Native and other men of color students organizing together with campus and community partners to increase access and success for men of color in education. MOCI believes Asian/Pacific Islander, Black, Latino and Native men are stronger together and can increase the low graduation and retention rates of men of color at the University of New Mexico.
