The Ogawa Family Endowed Scholarship

The Ogawa family established this scholarship out of gratitude for The University of New Mexico School of Medicine and in furtherance of the family’s commitment to supporting the educational dreams of New Mexicans.

Gregory S.H. Ogawa is an ophthalmologist in private practice at Eye Associates of New Mexico. The Ogawas moved to New Mexico in 1994 when Greg joined the University of New Mexico faculty in the Department of Ophthalmology.

Diane Harrison Ogawa is a former corporate lawyer who since 2000 has run PNM’s charitable foundation and corporate philanthropy.

Katherine (“Katie”) Harrison Ogawa is a member of the University of New Mexico School of Medicine Class of 2018. Katie will be the 15th generation doctor in the Ogawa family and the first woman in that long line of physicians.

Allison Harrison Ogawa is a sophomore at Amherst College and in 2015 became a nationally certified Emergency Medical Technician.
