The William E. Fogleman Memorial Scholarship supports the academic and professional development of promising undergraduate students who wish to pursue a career in Geographic Information Science (GIS). This fund was created by family and friends of the late William “Bill” Fogleman. Bill was internationally known for his work in the GIS sector.
