Gretchen Doyle

Associate Vice President of Human Resources: Gretchen Doyle, joined the UNM Foundation leadership in April 2011, and is responsible for the planning, implementation, operation and administration of all generalist and employment-related services.  Mrs. Doyle brings over 18 years of Human Resource experience to the organization, with a majority of those years spent working in the healthcare industry. She began her career at Buffalo General Hospital in upstate New York, and most recently served as the Director of Human Resources for the Mind Research Network here in New Mexico. In 2005 Mrs. Doyle received the Chapter President’s Award for Outstanding Leadership from the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration of the American Hospital Association for her work at the local New Mexico Healthcare Human Resources Association.

Mrs. Doyle graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Human Services, and earned a Certificate in Human Resource Management from the UNM Anderson School of Management. Mrs. Doyle ensures compliance with applicable employment law, regulation and policies, while supporting and building an employee workforce capable of delivering the overall mission, goals and objectives of the Foundation. Her extensive and varied human resource experience makes her uniquely qualified to ensure employment services and employee assets are managed to maximize the efficiency and cost effectiveness of the organization.
