Carol Mayo Cochran

Carol Mayo Cochran is a talented financial executive, with over 30 years of experience in accounting, financial services, and human resources consulting. As Principal of REDW, LLC, one of the largest locally owned CPA firms in the Southwest, Carol helped facilitate the growth and development of the Human Resources Consulting and Business Software lines of business. Carol’s expertise in the areas of management consulting, financial planning, compensation analysis, and employee benefits is demonstrated through her numerous certifications and credentials. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, Carol also has eight other certifications in accounting, financial planning, compensation management, and human resources.
During her professional career, Carol has served on over 25 community boards, in the role of Chair for the majority of these organizations. A highly sought after speaker and presenter, Carol is also a Distinguished Toastmaster, and served as District Governor of District 23 Toastmasters. Carol has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, and graduated top of her class with an Executive MBA from the Anderson School of Management at The University of New Mexico. In 2010, Carol was inducted into The University of New Mexico Anderson School of Management Hall of Fame, and was twice awarded the New Mexico Society of CPAs Community Service Award. The New Mexico Business Weekly designated Carol as a “Woman Who Means Business” and one of New Mexico’s Power Brokers.
