Greg Foltz

Greg moved from Casper, Wyoming after graduating from high school in 1969 to attend the University of New Mexico.

Greg graduated in 1973 with a BBA-Marketing.

Greg worked as a bank branch manager shortly after graduating from UNM for approximately 2 years before working as a comptroller for an Indian Jewelry manufacturer for several years. Greg moved to Denver in 1977 and obtained his real estate license and sold mountain land before moving back to NM in 1979. After working in commercial real estate for several years he co-founded Las Colinas Realty and Development Company in 1981, where he began developing, leasing and managing commercial properties in the Cottonwood Mall area. After developing over 1 million square feet of retail, office and light industrial property in the Albuquerque area, he took on the Coldwell Banker Commercial office and has been President & Qualifying Broker since 2001. In addition to brokerage in NM, he has been involved in commercial brokerage in California, Colorado, Texas, North Carolina and Georgia and is currently a partner in the ownership of an 8,200-acre land parcel in Savannah, Georgia.

Greg was appointed to the NM Real Estate Commission in 2014, by then Governor Martinez and served on the Commission until November, 2021. Greg has served on the NM Foundation Board of Trustees since August, 2016.

He lives in Corrales with his wife, Whitney.
